Villa renovation Lugano
The building is a single-family villa built in 2009 in Lugano in an area of single-family houses bordering the woods. The villa was built on 3 levels, two floors above ground and a basement, the ground floor overlooks a terrace with swimming pool. The project aims to improve the aesthetic qualities of some external and internal parts of the building and the redistribution of some spaces.
Internally all the flooring has been changed with the laying of the parquet, a total makeover of the bathrooms and kitchen has been done, the electrical and lighting system was updated and implemented and a new fireplace was added. All the windows and doors have been replaced with more minimal elements that would create one continuity between inside and outside.
Externally, a new flooring has been created around the pool, which has also been restored and a new finish has been laid. The garage floor was transformed into a new terrace exterior of 45 mq reachable through a new staircase
