General concept
The project include to restore the building (well protected by the Cantona), preserving its original appearance. It is included to restore the metallic carpentry in good preservation status and all the existing cast iron elements. It is included to replace deteriorated metal carpentry, wooden carpentry and wooden construction elements in a poor state of preservation.
